Just a HUGE thank you to PBK!

I had a small issue with the quality of a couple items
I recently purchased. I called to discuss options and
was treated like a total rock star!

The young lady bent over backwards to make sure
I was happy and satisfied. I hung up the phone and
just thought to my self…”WOW…that was impressive”.

All companies should operate like that. Sadly, most don’t.

PBK went above, and totally beyond my expectations. We’ll be back many more times
for more PBK products.
