More sleep is surely something I need to work on! Last night was a perfect example. I got 3 hours and 30 minutes of sleep! I have a 6 am flight to Atlanta to work on our showroom and there was catalog proofing that needed completed this morning before my departure.
This is the time of year to think about New Year’s Resolutions. I am guilty of putting everything and everyone ahead of my own personal needs. Considering how I can improve my health, both physically and mentally, will be on my goals list for the new year. Other things on my goals list will be more ME time to exercise, visit my kids, walk my dogs, and simply read the newspaper that piles up in the driveway as if I’m on vacation!
