We have been searching for over a year. PBK has a very special culture and we wanted just the right fit to join our awesome team. Lisa DiCostanzo was the perfect candidate! We are thrilled to have her on board.

With more than 30 years of experience in the gift and home décor industry, Lisa brings a smart, seasoned, joyful approach to the role of Vice President of Sales for Primitives by Kathy. Lisa will be responsible for sales to independent, national and international business channels as well as leading our in-house sales teams, independent sales reps and wholesale store staff. Additionally, Lisa will plan and drive the vision for sales management, business development, strategic planning, brand positioning and team leadership. She is an active member in the Gift and Home Trade Association and women’s leadership organization in Nashville, Tennessee. Born and raised in Rhode Island, Lisa currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee.
