Kathy’s Senior High School Photo

Kathy graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 1986. All through high school, she attended classes half of the
day and spent the other half working for her brother’s company, Lancaster Archery Supply. She also worked for her father’s precision tool and die machine shop.

Kathy and her mother opened a gift shop and art studio in 1988. The shop was successful, but Kathy wanted more of a challenge. The years of working in her family’s businesses provided her with great hands-on experiences and the confidence to move into her own venture…  Primitives by Kathy in June, 1997.
